Thank you for choosing Moo's Sweets and Chews! Our gift cards are the perfect way to share the love of sweets with friends and family. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our policy below:
1. Purchase and Redemption
- Availability: Gift cards are available for purchase online and in-store in denominations of £5, £10, £20, £50, and £100.
- Redemption: Cards can be used to purchase any confectionery, chews, or gift sets available at Moo's Sweets and Chews.
- Multiple Use: You don't have to spend it all at once! Any remaining balance will stay on the card for your next sugar fix.
2. General Terms
- No Cash Back: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
- Expiry: To keep things fresh, our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this period will be forfeited.
- Non-Refundable: Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Lost or Stolen Cards
- Please treat your gift card like cash. Moo’s Sweets and Chews is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
- We cannot replace the balance on a lost card unless proof of purchase is provided and the original card has not been used.
4. Balance Checks
- You can check your remaining balance at the till in-store or by contacting our customer service team with your card number.
